Meet Vicki

I’ve spent over twenty years in the hospitality industry, and from the moment I stepped into my first luxury hotel, I knew I’d found where I was meant to be. While studying Hospitality Management, I dove straight into the world I loved, starting at the front desk, then moving quickly into Events and Sales. Each experience helped shape my understanding of what makes truly exceptional hospitality, and laid the foundation for the career I’ve built since.

 For the past twelve years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of working at Farncombe Estate in the beautiful Cotswolds. I’ve been part of its journey from the very beginning, witnessing the transformation of Dormy House through a multi-million-pound refurbishment, and playing a key role in bringing both Foxhill Manor and The Fish Hotel to life. Helping to create and grow these very special places, crafting their identities and positioning them in the market, has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career.

Through this hands-on work - launching, developing, and nurturing luxury hotels, I’ve gained a deep understanding of strategic sales, branding, and the importance of genuine guest experience. I’ve worked closely with high-profile accounts, led talented sales teams, and built lasting partnerships across a variety of channels. No matter the project, my goal has always been the same: to make a real difference, drive meaningful results, and help luxury hotels grow in a way that feels true to who they are.

After two decades in the industry, I decided it was time to bring everything I’d learned together and start something of my own. That’s how VH Sales Support was born - a consultancy dedicated to helping luxury hotels thrive in a fast-changing world. Today, I work with exceptional properties to help them connect with the right clients, uncover new opportunities, and build strong foundations for long-term success.
